The project aims at building new constellations inside and outside conventional academic and artistic circiles by way of a five-week symposium-exhibition-pedagogical program.
By facilitating conversations between multimedia artists and scholars, the project aims towards a deeper understanding of the potentials for experimental artistic practices to critically engage in representations of more-than-human heterogenity through revisions of the human-nonhuman divide, critically testing works of art – and the scientific discourses they employ – as loci for interspecies conversations.
