Sven Anders Johansson is Professor of Literary Studies at Mid Sweden University since 2017. Between 2010 and 2017 he worked as researcher and Senior Lecturer at Umeå University. Johansson has also been a guest researcher at Amsterdam University (2012) and guest Professor at Aarhus University (2018). He is one of the founders of the Nordic Poets & Critics Network, and also a critic with a recurring presence in the public sphere, above all in the newspaper Aftonbladet. His latest book, Det cyniska tillståndet [The Cynical Condition] was published in 2018.
