The KTH-based and Seed Box-funded project Toxic Bios. A Guerilla Narrative Project has launched a new platform.

The Stockholm based KTH Environmental Humanities Laboratory has launched Toxic Bios’ online, open access platform where everybody can contribute with a story. Toxic Autobiographies, is a distinct writing genre that is the product of individuals and communities denouncing the environmental injustice in which they feel trapped through stories of contamination and resistance. “Toxic Bios is a guerrilla narrative project, we aim at occupy mainstream narratives with the counter-hegemonic storytelling of the embodied experiences of toxicity and wasting”, with these words Marco Armiero and Ilenia Iengo, the researchers behind this project, describe their ambition. Check out more about this amazing platform and archive of stories, funded by the Seed Box, here: http://www.toxicbios.eu/#/stories.
